Agriturismo Zafferano e Dintorni

The farmhouse, nestled on the banks of the Nera river, is a natural slope of the fortified town of Castel San Felice. Adjacent to the Benedictine abbey and the Romanesque Spoletino church of San Felice and at the foot of Mount Coscerno, it is completely integrated into the reality of the Valnerina, an impetuous and wild territory, colorful, rich in history and traditions, the result of a lively population, present and active.

The Agriturismo is an ancient building, built at the service of the nearby Benedictine abbey of Santi Felice and Mauro, for the hospitality of pilgrims. Renovated in its present form in 1947, at the end of the 1990s it became the home of the property and business center. Finally, since 2011 it has also been an Agriturismo and Educational Farm.

Rita and her family members make available to their guests all the knowledge of the territory and the surrounding nature that they possess, transforming both the stay on the farm and the moments dedicated to other activities into moments of meeting, exchange and sharing, from the educational farm to the many sports attractions that Valnerina can offer.
