The kitchen is cured and passionate for over twenty years by Natale and Nerina Castrichini who together with the chef Pasquina propose a cuisine linked to the rural traditions and flavors of our land: local cold cuts, Norcia black truffle, extra oil virgin olive, traditional “umbricelli”, roasts, grilled meat, game.
Many dishes with an ancient flavor are revisited in a modern way and others are proposed to meet even the most modern food requirements. Tasty and wholesome dishes to pair with national and above all regional wines that will be proposed by our maitre Paolo. All this in a completely renovated and cared for in every detail.
On the top floor of the Hotel there is the Wellness Area to think of yourself, far from stress, accompanied by a view of the rolling hills of Umbria. Relax in our whirlpool, sauna or steam bath, and end your relaxing time on a chaise longue sipping herbal teas.
