Friday: Welcome to Città di Castello

Arrival in Città di Castello in the early afternoon.
Walk through the Renaissance town, discovering its main monuments. Entrance to the Municipal Art Gallery, whose collection of works is second in importance in Umbria only to the National Gallery of Perugia.

Dinner at leisure.
Overnight stay in a bike-friendly accommodation.

Saturday: A Day Cycling Through Nature and History

After breakfast, the day will be dedicated to discovering the Way of St. Francis, by e-bike or on foot. From the village of Citerna, the route continues towards Città di Castello, mainly following the unpaved cycle path that runs alongside the Tiber River towards the Montesca Park.

Lunch and dinner at leisure.
Overnight stay.

Sunday: Discovering Montone

After breakfast and before returning to your destination, we recommend a walk through Montone, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, where the Church-Museum of San Francesco is certainly worth a visit.
