Itinerary

Friday: Welcome to Città di Castello

Arrival in Città di Castello and free time for a stroll through this Renaissance town, birthplace of the famous contemporary artist Alberto Burri.

In the afternoon, a visit will be arranged to the historic Grifani Donati Printing House, located in the historic centre of Città di Castello.

Dinner at leisure.

Saturday: A Day Cycling Through Nature and History

After breakfast, the day will be dedicated to an e-bike / mountain bike excursion.

In the morning, you will enjoy the 11 km Family Bike Tour, lasting approximately 3 hours, together with expert guides who will lead you to discover the wonderful Upper Tiber Valley Natural Park. This is an easy itinerary, also suitable for children and for any type of bicycle.

Departure from the city centre. The route runs almost entirely along the Tiber cycle path and offers beautiful views of the town and the surrounding hills. Along the cycle path there are several rest areas, some of which are also equipped with bike racks.

Afternoon at leisure.
Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

Sunday: Visit to the Malakos Museum, Europe's Largest Malacological Collection. What's Included in the Cost

After breakfast and before returning to your destination, a visit will be arranged to the Malakos Museum, the largest private malacological collection in Europe.
